Abstract:
In the school organization, change is a plurivalent process due to the multiple influences it involves; the change will influence the way the school staff evolves, it will leave its mark on the evolution of the direct beneficiaries but also the indirect beneficiaries so that it will have an impact on the community as a whole. As an organization that wants to be permanently connected to the realities of the socio-economic context and able to offer quality education, the school must perceive change as a catalyst for its mission. The process of change engages all members of the school organization, so the way they understand the whole process (the need, the evolution, the desired results and the implications that exceed the organizational environment) is decisive for success, therefore for the evolution of the school and - in an extended plan - for the evolution the educational system. Starting from these premises, we conducted research to highlight the impact changes have on the quality of education. The research aimed to identify the perception of change of the actors in education and the changes necessary to obtain an education of a significantly increased quality.
