Abstract: 2004 steigerte die österreichische Bauwirtschaft ihre Produktion um nur 1,1%. Die Ausweitung der Mittel für Infrastrukturinvestitionen und die Zunahme der Wohnbaunachfrage im Gefolge der regen Zuwanderung sollten die Bauinvestitionen in den nächsten zwei Jahren stimulieren (+2% p. a.).
