Abstract: The 66th Euroconstruct Conference highlighted market trends up to 2011 for a range of sectors such as the housing market, non-residential market and civil engineering in the 19 Euroconstruct countries. Also provided was a short outlook on the development in the Eastern European countries not included in the Euroconstruct frame (i.e., Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Baltic countries and the big markets of Russia, Turkey and Ukraine), as well as selected talks on the special topic of "Climate Change: Challenges and Opportunities for the Construction Sector". The Euroconstruct construction market research network covers Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
