On ruckle's game of ambush

K. T. Lee

Naval Research Logistics (NRL), 1990, vol. 37, issue 3, 355-363

Abstract: This article considers a two‐person ambush game in which a traveler chooses his point within a given line so as to minimize the probability of being ambushed by two obstacles placed there by his adversary. We obtain some results which complement and extend those given by Ruckle, Baston, and Bostock.
