Abstract: This chapter consists of sections on Introduction, Historical Overview, The Environment for Entrepreneurship and Toward the Future. Introduction, as follows:Nestled in the Pyrenees, between France and Spain, the Principality of Andorra covers 468 square kilometres, an area less than that of Chicago. Catalan is the official language here. The nation’s capital is Andorra la Vella. There are two heads of state: the Bishop of Urgel and the President of France. The country’s airport is at Seo de Urgel. Tourism is the nation’s principal industry. Taxes are low and the country has a budget surplus.
