Abstract: The Quality Control Circle, a quality control team, refers to a team of organizing employees who are engaged in various jobs in the workplace for improving quality and people’s quality, and carrying out activities under the “patient-oriented” hospital culture construction system by centering on business strategy, policy goal of the hospital and existing on-site problems.
