This chapter will define the different categories and roles of stakeholders and what their genuine interest is. As there is a wide range of stakeholders, each party follows their demands and expectations. While some only have indirect power over the project, others can influence the outcome more severely. Management and clients are mainly driven by time and money concerns. In contrast, the developers also want to realize and fulfill themselves over the project’s cause.
