Abstract:
AbstractThis study is focused on the process of business networking in the heritage tourism sector, through a particular formula called Albergo Diffuso. The study shows that information and technological variables are important for understanding these processes but social and cultural factors are even more strategic. Managerial and theoretical implications are discussed.
