Abstract: I have personally seen hundreds of entrepreneurs in the last 25 years. Some have become successful, achieving results well beyond original expectations. But more have failed and many have changed career paths altogether. I also observed that, with the start-ups that are successful, most have changed team members and its championship along the way. Only a small portion have their original founders still with the company. So it was of great curiosity to me to assess the challenge and choices leading to the success of entrepreneurship…
