Chapter 9 in Labour Economics and Public Policy:Managing the Labour Markets for Competitiveness, 2017, pp 123-139 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:

Similarly, when we bring in a labour union into a labour market, the labour market is no longer competitive. However, unions have much more impact than the minimum wage law in the labour markets.
