Abstract:
Peter came by the next day with more information to help Teng and Siew Ling come to a decision. He had gotten hold of a technical report on the effects of the Circle Line on housing values. He thought this would be interesting to Teng as the Serangoon flat they had looked at the previous day sits close to a Circle Line station.
