THE WTO CATHEDRAL
Joel P. Trachtman
Chapter 13 in Trade Law, Domestic Regulation and Development, 2015, pp 329-380 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:

According to conventional wisdom, it is a waste of time and money for developing countries to invoke the WTO's dispute settlement procedure against industrial countries.
