Chapter 4 in Diagnostics for a Globalized World, 2015, pp 43-57 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:
To demonstrate the use of envelopment analysis to rate country achievements in economic and social policy, we begin with a study of Decent Work. Our work in this respect builds upon the extensive efforts by the International Labour Organization, both in defining Decent Work as a key goal of employment policy and in its exhortations to measure the possible Decent Work Deficit.
