Abstract:
Global competition and technological progress are reshaping the strategies for the development of nations, regions, and, consequently, entrepreneurial structures, as innovations are aimed at ensuring sustainable growth. Innovations are essential for business development, providing companies with competitive advantages, enhancing internal processes, and driving growth. By stimulating economic activity, increasing competitiveness, improving social sectors, and fostering sustainable development, innovations act as a catalyst for national progress. Government support for science and technology, investment in education, and a favorable regulatory framework are critical for the successful implementation and advancement of innovations. The integration of innovations into production and service delivery enhances efficiency and productivity, leading to economic growth. Innovations open new markets and create new products, diversifying the economy and reducing reliance on traditional industries. Innovative industries generate new jobs that require advanced skills and knowledge, spurring the development of educational programs and workforce retraining. Startups and technology companies become key drivers of job creation. This research examines the critical aspects of innovative entrepreneurship development, exploring various approaches and models that contribute to the successful implementation of innovations.
