Abstract:
Strategic archaicism is a component that can prove highly detrimental to any organization. The professional sector necessitates intensifying efforts aimed at ensuring long-term economic security. Managerial infantilism, especially amid increasingly stringent external conditions, can be profoundly destructive for any entrepreneurial entity. In today’s realities, the business environment is undergoing rapid transformation, impacting every process within an organization. The continuous evolution of an organization’s external environment underscores the urgent need to secure its economic safety. Every organization now faces threats and risks that can negatively affect not only its overall operations but also its financial stability. For this very reason, examining the synthesis of the concepts of self-regulated organizations and economic security risks is vital for their successful operation and long-term development. This essentially highlights the relevance of the issue at hand. The authors’ hypotheses presented in this research aim to illustrate the interconnection between self-regulated organizations and economic security risks, offering ways to reduce these risks and strengthen economicsecurity on multiple levels. The theoretical significance of this research lies in its contribution to the practical implementation of comprehensively studied key directions related to the impact of risks on the economic security of self-regulated organizations, which, in the long run, may serve as a critical foundation for further research and the development of methodologies to ensure their economic security.
