The prospects for tripartite cooperation

Abstract: It is often argued that cooperation in the East-West-South triangle may become a very promising way of intensification of the international economic relations. After a contribution from the Western point of view in our journal (Klaus Bolz, No. 11/1976) the following article from the East deals with a number of questions arising in this context.
