Abstract: In der Diskussion um einen Lohnsenkungswettbewerb in Europa blieb bisher unberücksichtigt, daß die Lohnquote im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe in Deutschland seit 1990 stark gestiegen ist. Liegen hierin die Gründe für die Arbeitslosigkeit der 90er Jahre?
