Abstract: Während sich die Preise für Industrierohstoffe nur langsam erhöhten, kletterten, die Ölpreise auf den höchsten Stand seit neun Jahren. Ist die lange Periode niedriger Ölpreise, die Mitte der achtziger Jahre begann, im vergangenen Jahr zu Ende gegangen?
