Abstract: Seit der globalen Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise wird die Frage, ob Regierungen antizyklische Fiskalpolitik betreiben sollten, in akademischen Kreisen wieder vermehrt diskutiert. Eine vielfach benutzte Maßnahme sind temporäre schuldenfinanzierte Konsumsteuersenkungen.
