Abstract:
Human life needs a place to live, and choosing a place to live will be adjusted to the existing budget, and there are times when you want to get a better place to live. In this case, due to limited funds, people will generally take loans from banks, especially bank loans for home ownership. Choosing a mortgage loan from a bank is somewhat complicated as it involves various criteria. This application can provide prospective banks with high scores by making an application to help determine banks using the AHP and Moora methods. It is hoped that it will make it easier for the public to make choices. The results of the implementation that have been carried out are obtained by normalizing the weighting as follows, namely the interest criteria with a weight of 0.53214285714286, the term criteria with a weight of 0.36607142857143, the Down Payment criteria with a weight of 0.10178571428571, then the best alternative ranking order is BNI followed by Danamon, Panin, Mandiri, BTN.
