Abstract: Under changing climatic condition, litchi fruit and shoot borer is becoming a major threat to quality litchi production and leading to more than 70% borer infested fruit in unmanaged orchard. Different management methods viz., physical, mechanical, cultural, biological, innovative, chemical and integrated pest management approach have been adopted to manage fruit and shoot borer. Based on various management strategies, integrated pest management approach with the use of green label insecticides and pheromones traps has huge potential for pest management and preservation of non-targeted species. Therefore, an attempt has been made to review management options for litchi fruit & shoot borer, Conopomorpha sinensis.
