Abstract:
Labor is the only way for human survival and development. Labor is indispensable to all people. As a university, which educates competent builders and reliable successors for the socialist cause, labor is particularly critical. At present, the situation of labor guidance in Chinese universities is very bad. Many universities are the first in terms of talent selection, talent training and talent use standards, and lack of understanding of the key points of labor training for college students. As for the misunderstanding of labor education in China’s higher education, it is indicated that on the basis of perfecting the teaching plan, three links should be paid special attention to in the current labor training of college students, namely, social practice labor, work-study program and public welfare labor.
