Abstract: In order to improve the academic English writing level of domestic science scholars and speed up the process of internationalization of my country’s academic achievements, we selected 150 scientific academic papers respectively written by Chinese and English scholars from international authoritative journals to build a selfbuilt comparative corpus, and used Biber’s multi-dimensional analysis model to compare these papers. The research results found that: first, there are significant differences in the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth dimensions of Chinese and English scholars’ science academic papers; second, Chinese scholars’ science academic papers have strong information abstraction , non-narrative, referential clarity and non-explicit persuasion; third, although Chinese scholars’ academic papers have a certain lexical richness and grammatical diversity at this stage, there is significant difference between Chinese and English scholars’ academic papers.
