Abstract: The mental health of the elderly is important to research, especially regarding the psychological vulnerability of their population. This study aims to determine the effect of attachment to God on positive mental health in the elderly. The participants in this study were 260 elderly people aged over 60 years in the village of Kenites, Kedung Banteng sub-district, Banyumas, Indonesia. The data collection tool used Attachment to God (α=0.837) and positive mental health (α=0.852). Data analysis using simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23.
