O primeiro estruturalismo: método de pesquisa para as ciências da gestão

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to assess the central ideas of the structuralism methodological approach to social sciences, chiefly to management sciences. Definitions of the concepts concerned to original structuralism are discussed. Based on this discussion an attempt is made to explain the essential steps to apply the structuralism method on management sciences researches. We conclude the paper with an assessment of main criticism against structuralism approach.
