Abstract:
The relations of Russia and Belarus should be considered as the independent significant phenomenon in scales of Europe and the former Soviet Union. There is a large-scale similarity of foreign policy approaches of two states. At the same time, accurate following to the principles of the international sovereignty assumes certain nuances in foreign policy of two countries. All these questions should be considered in the context of processes of economic, so and political integration in Europe.
