Comparative Characteristics of Quality of Life of the Population in Modern Russia: Problems and Solutions

Abstract: Analyzing the main socio-economic indicators of the standard of living of the population, the authors come to the conclusion about their minor changes for the period 2000–2017. To address the problems of the low-income strata of the Russian population, concrete measures are proposed, including reassessing the consumer basket, imposing restrictions on income levels, etc.
