Problems of Improving the Efficiency of State Programs and National Projects on the Example of the Health Sector

Abstract: The article deals with the issues of the effectiveness of the implementation of state programs and national projects. The requirements for the development and implementation of programs and projects, the structure and changes in the amount of funding are considered. The analysis of the results was carried out and the problems of the implementation of programs and projects were identified. The features of the implementation of state programs and national projects in the field of healthcare are considered. Comparisons were made of the goals of state policy and adjustments in the work of authorities in the field of healthcare. Proposals have been developed to improve the efficiency of financing state programs and national projects.
