Abstract:
The theory of strategy and methodology of strategizing provide a universal interdisciplinary tool that allows to mobilize limited resources to implement strategic priorities based on its competitive advantages.The purpose of the study is to substantiate the key role of innovation capacity in the system of strategic competitive advantages.The object of research is the innovation capacity of the enterprise. The subject of research is managerial economic relations that arise in the process of increasing enterprise innovation capacity and its implementation.The results of the study show that innovation capacity is a dynamic category, and its implementation leads to a continuous increase of the resources and abilities of the strategic economic object. The phases of development and implementation of innovation capacity are characterized by cyclicity.
