Administrative Consulting, 2026, issue 5

Abstract: The article examines the impact of modern digital solutions on the process of obtaining medical services abroad. Using the Akkuyu NPP as a case study, the authors analyze the specific features of communication between medical personnel and workers from different language groups. Based on a sociological study, the key problems arising in the provision of medical care are identified, and it is shown how digital technologies such as online translators, specialized medical applications, and remote consultation platforms help improve communicaion efficiency and the quality of medical services. Well-reasoned conclusions are drawn that the implementation of digital tools not only reduces risks associated with understanding the information received but also contributes to creating a more inclusive and safer environment for employees of international companies. The sociological survey method using online questionnaires was chosen as the research method, allowing for the identification of how employees perceive the effectiveness of digital tools in medical care. Based on the analysis of the results, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are developed for the implementation and adaptation of digital technologies to improve the quality of medical services and reduce risks associated with misunderstanding. The study also examines prospects for the further development of digital solutions in international medical practice, including the potential of integrating artificial intelligence for personalized patient monitoring and automatic/online health status monitoring. The role of training programs and medical personnel recruitment tools aimed at improving digital literacy and the effective use of technologies is discussed.Special attention is paid to the importance of multicultural/multinational competence in global projects such as the construction of the first Akkuyu NPP in the Republic of Turkey, and the need for an integrated approach to innovation that provides both technological and social support for employees.
