Influence of Quality on Efficiency of Use of Resources Increase

Abstract: In the article influence of modern methods of quality management on efficiency of activity of the enterprises increase, and also on quality of activity of public authorities improvement is considered. The sense of following to the fundamental principles of quality management and advantage of introduction of quality management systems at the enterprise and in public authorities is revealed. The contents of the standards urged to facilitate introduction of quality management systems in bodies of the state and municipal authority are described. The new principles of quality management developed taking into account specifics of activity of public authorities are given.
