Abstract:
The author of the article analyzes one of the major aspects of Russian foreign policy, that is the need to use the political reserves that do not require much economic expenditures, but assertive decisions and calculated strategy. Among those are the return to the spheres of strategic presence once lost, and, above all, the development and implementation of ideology of foreign policy.
