Abstract:
In the article, authors have tried to consider a role of the Soviet elite in safety of the state through a prism of historical and political development of the country. The general conclusion that extent of positive impact of the Soviet elite on processes of safety of the country depended on the level of patriotism of this elite and influence of the general culture on actions of the highest managers is drawn.
