Abstract:
The author approaches to the identification and description of intellectual capital of the organization using the categorical model «Finite information flow». Intellectual capital is presented in the form of an information system that reflects its changes as acquisition of new qualitative characteristics. Description of intellectual capital using the logical level, logical limit, and transform-ability parameters, allowed creating an evolution model of intellectual capital. It provides the formation of intellectual capital, considering the identified sequence of development stages and usage to ensure the transition to a knowledge-based economy.
