Abstract: The availability of system of concepts about the society and history structure, sense and ethical attitudes (ideology), unifying and consolidating the society, is the most important mowing force of the social and economic development. The paper proposes a system of most common postulates, facts, trends describing the actual world situation. In the author’s opinion, it should be the basis for discussions and further elaborates. For the coming historical period, the main feature of an ideological concept is searching the possibilities for the development without wars. All standoffs and conflicts must be overcome within the spirit-intellectual and cultural areas.
