Abstract:
The crisis is a system that have its self-destructing cycles. The event supplies itself from its environment. It generates perturbations at all levels. In our days, the crisis (of the economy, of culture, of ideology, of values, of conscience, of organizations) becomes a daily state, a reference notion, quasi-present in the general language. In the organizational context, starting from these roots, the focus is on the decisional factor. One must take into consideration the other variables and determinations of the system. In an another approach, the crisis sends to the idea of threatening of the organizational ensemble, by the complexity and amplitude of the modifications, impact that have as effect the indecision at the management level.
