Abstract:
The food-at-home sector experienced high inflation of 11.4% in 2022. Based on a monthly survey collected from primary grocery shoppers during 2018-2022 (N=35,847), results indicate heightened consumer awareness of rising food prices, leading to adjustments in shopping behavior.
