Asian Agricultural Research, 2011, vol. 03, issue 09, 4

Abstract: We studied theoretic development of ecological civilization, and put forward the concept model of ecological civilization regulated by nature, society and government. In the construction of ecological civilization, the nature, society and government play different roles and have respective functions. Therefore, we should build a self-regulating network of ecological civilization through natural law, social law, as well as scientific outlook on development.
