Land Use in Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone: Based on the Land Survey of Typical Enterprises

Abstract:
This article analyzes the typical enterprise's land use structure, land use efficiency, land use intensity and industrial structure in Ma'anshan Economic and Technological Development Zone. Based on the survey results about the typical enterprises, this article put forth the following recommendations: promoting the economical and intensive land use in the development zone by tapping connotation; enhancing the smart land use in the development zone through optimization of function layout; promoting the industrial chain linkage in the development zone through the establishment of industrial land exit mechanism.
