Study on Food Safety Based on “Lemons Market” Theory

Abstract: In view of frequent occurrence of “lemons market” in food safety, based on past researches of scholars on lemons market and food safety, it provided some recommendations for solving problem of food safety, in the hope of providing certain reference for cleaning up food market.
