A Study on the Standard Land Price Balance of Urban Commercial Land in Henan Province

Abstract:
The standard land price balance is an important part of urban land price balance. This paper builds different levels of factor layer to carry out a balance study on the urban commercial land in 18 cities of Henan Province, and divides the 18 cities into five categories. Results show that the level of land price is basically consistent with the level of economic development in various cities, and affected by local policies, the land price is too low in some cities.
