Abstract:
In recent years, the price of eggs fluctuates violently in China, and the fluctuation of egg price affects the interests of farmers directly. Egg is also an indispensable ingredient in our diet. This paper studies the egg price from January 2000 to February 2019 by using time series multiplier model to analyze seasonal factors of egg price, and then predicts the fluctuation of egg price by using neural network. The results show that the predicted value is consistent with the fluctuation cycle of egg price. Finally, some targeted suggestions are put forward on the basis of the existing problems in the egg market in China.
