Abstract:
Hekou ancient town, Qianshan County, Jiangxi Province, is one of the famous towns in the south of Jiangxi Province in the Qing Dynasty. It is on a par with Jingdezhen Town, Zhangshu Town and Wucheng Town, and they are known as the four famous towns in Jiangxi Province. Because of the late development, people's understanding of it is still very limited. Based on the phenomenology of architecture and the place theory of Norberg-Schulz, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the composition of Hekou ancient town, in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of Hekou ancient town and provide some reference for the protection and renewal of Hekou ancient town.
