Abstract: Current situation of introduction, cultivation and use of high-level talents in agricultural research institutes is analyzed, and the optimized development strategy of further strengthening the construction, introduction, cultivation and use of high-level talent team is thought. It plays a positive role in provincial agricultural research institutes discovering, cultivating and gathering a number of high-quality talents and high-level innovation teams.
