Abstract: A bemutatott egyszerű módszer alapján kidolgozásra kerülő, kockázatalapú ellenőrzési rendszer jól szolgálja a tulajdonosok érdekeit: • Ha a gazdálkodó vállalkozás - rövid távú érdekeit, amely elsősorban a nyereség növelésének igényében, és - a hosszú távú érdekeit, amely elsősorban a vagyon gyarapodásának igényében nyilvánul meg. • Ha a gazdálkodó költségvetési szerv - a közpénzekkel és a rábízott vagyonnal történő szakszerű gazdálkodást és - a célszerű, hatékony, eredményes, gazdaságos közfeladat ellátását. A most bemutatásra kerülő, kockázati besorolásra kidolgozott módszer szakmailag megalapozott, a gyakorlatban már bizonyított. A módszer alkalmas a nagy súlyú, nagy kockázatokat rejtő területek (ágazatok, közfeladatokat ellátó szervek, vállalkozások, üzemek, osztályok) kiválasztására, és ezáltal a korszerű kockázatelemzésen alapuló ellenőrzési munka tervezési lehetőségének megteremtésére. ----------------------------------------- The risk-based control system developed on the basis of the simple method presented, serves the interests of proprietors well. • If the farmer is a business: o short term interests, which primarily manifest themselves in the requirement for increased profit; and o long term interests, which primarily manifest themselves as a property growth requirement. • If the farmer is a budgetary entity: o professional management of public funds and property entrusted to him; and o the practical, effective, successful and economic conduct of public duties. The method being presented here, which was developed for the classification of risk, is professionally sound and proven in practice. The method is suitable for the selection of high-risk areas of great importance (sectors, public service bodies, businesses, industrial units, departments) and thereby, the creation of opportunities to plan control work based on modern risk assessment.
