Tejtermelő tehenészeti telepek műszaki-technológiai feltételei

Abstract: A tejtermelés versenyképességét számos tényező befolyásolja. Ezek között meghatározó a tehenészeti telepek berendezkedése. A műszaki és technológiai színvonal az egyik legjelentősebb berendezkedési körülmény. Vizsgálataimba Hajdú-Bihar megye tehenészeti telepei közül az üzemméret alapján életképesnek tekinthetőeket vontam be. Megállapítottam, hogy egyrészt a telepek átalakulásával kapcsolatos hipotézisem csak részben helytálló. Az állatférőhelyek jelentős része felújításra szorul, különösen a fejőházzal nem rendelkező telepek vannak kritikus helyzetben. --------------- Several factors influence the competitiveness of milk production. One of the dominant factors is the arrangements of dairy farms. The technical and technological standards belong to the most significant arrangement issues. I investigated dairy farms in the County of Hajdu-Bihar, which may be considered as economic viable on the basis of farm size. I concluded that my hypothesis on transformation of farms is only partly relevant. The majority of animal space need improvement, especially farms lacking milking parlour are in a critical situation.
