A minőségirányítási rendszerfejlesztés szintjei a mezőgazdaságban

Abstract: A magyar mezőgazdaság jövőjének egyik kulcs területe a minőség javítása. Ennek célszerű kerete lehet a minőségirányítási rendszer, amely adott vállalkozás minőség- kultúrájának hű kifejezője. A tanulmány a minőségirányítási rendszerfejlesztő munka négy szintjét mutatja be. Az első szint a minőséggel való tudatos törődés, a második a „jó mezőgazdasági gyakorlat”, illetve a hozzá kapcsolódó HACCP rendszer kiépítése. A harmadik szintet az ISO szabványcsalád adaptációja, míg a negyediket a TQM elveinek szakadatlan követése jelentheti. A tanulmányban szereplő javaslatok tekintetbe veszik a magyar mezőgazdaság jelenét, s a prognosztizálható jövőt. ---------------- The improvement of produce quality is one of the key issues of the future of Hungarian agriculture. The quality management system, which clearly reflects the quality level of a given company, may constitute an expedient framework of it. Four levels of the work aimed at the development of the quality management system are described. The first level consists in the conscious caring for good quality; the second in the establishment of “good agricultural practice”, along with the related HACCP system; the third in the adaptation of the ISO standard family; and the fourth in the continuous pursuance of TQM principles. Recommendations are made taking the present of Hungarian agriculture, as well as its predictable future, into consideration.
