Az agrárgazdaság fenntartható fejlesztése Johannesburg után az EU előtt

Abstract: A fenntartható agrárfejlesztés új lendületet kaphat hazánkban is a johannesburgi események, az EU Környezetvédelmi Tanácsainak Nyilatkozata és a KAP reformja körüli viták hatásaira. A fenntarthatóság megvalósításában előtérbe kerül a lokális szint, melyben kulcskérdés a vállalkozások, üzemek, önkormányzatok érdekeinek és megoldási lehetőségeinek a felismerése valamint érdekeltségének megteremtése. A természeti környezettel összefonódó mezőgazdasági termelés, az adottságokra épülve, azokat ésszerűen hasznosítva, újszerű megoldásokat is alkalmazó helyi gazdálkodási rendszerek segítségével jó eséllyel szerepelhet a csatlakozást követő EU mezőgazdaságában. ---------------- Under the influence of the Johannesburg events, the declaration of the EU Committee of Environmental Protection, and the discussions related to the CAP reform, the sustainable development of agriculture may gather a new impetus also in Hungary. The local level has come to the front in the creation of sustainability, whereas the recognition of the interests of companies, farms and local authorities, along with making them interested, constitutes the key issue. Agricultural production is closely connected with natural environment. If Hungarian agriculture is based on the given conditions, reasonably exploits them, and makes use of local farming systems applying also up-to-date solutions, it will have good chances in EU agriculture after the accession of the country.
