Új kutatási irányok az alkalmazkodáskutatásban: éghajlatváltozás a szőlő- és borágazatban Magyarországon

Abstract: A dolgozat terepi tapasztalatokra és szakirodalmi feltáró munkára alapozva javasol új kutatási irányokat a hazai alkalmazkodáskutatás számára. Megszületésében kulcsszerepe volt azoknak a mátrai és pécsi terepi tapasztalatoknak, melyek közvetve vagy közvetlenül utaltak a termelők éghajlatváltozással kapcsolatos benyomásaira. Ennek kapcsán kezdtünk el a szőlő- és borágazatot érintő legsúlyosabb éghajlatváltozási hatásokkal foglalkozni mind nemzetközi, mind magyarországi kontextusban. Átfogó szakirodalmi feltáró munkánk eredménye szerint az alkalmazkodáskutatás területén a hagyományos megközelítésű, elsősorban természettudományos alapokon álló vizsgálatok mellett egyre nagyobb szükség lesz a jövőben olyan kutatásokra, amelyek a termelők döntéseinek szemszögéből vizsgálják az alkalmazkodási képességeket és lehetőségeket. Ilyen irányú kutatások még a nemzetközi diskurzusban sem nagyon találhatók, ezért a magyarországi megvalósítás mindenképpen hiánypótló kezdeményezés lehetne. = This paper, based on field studies and literature review, suggests new research directions in adaptation studies. Field studies in two Hungarian wine regions had a major role in the creation of this paper as they directly and indirectly indicated farmers’ impressions of climate change. Based on these experiences, a systematic review of wine sector-related climate change impacts was started, regarding both the international and Hungarian contexts. The results suggest that in addition to natural science-based research projects, there will be a growing need for research within adaptation studies with a strong focus on farmers’ decisions. Such research has not been common in the international discourse; therefore, its possible application in Hungary would fill gaps in the knowledge about climate change adaptation.
