A MINŐSÉGMENEDZSMENT A HAZAI BAROMFI-FELDOLGOZÁSBAN

Abstract: A vizsgálatok alapján megállapítható, hogy a magyar baromfi-feldolgozó iparág megfelelően teljesíti mind a hazai, mind az EU-s előírásokat, követelményeket. Az élelmiszerbiztonsági előírásoknak való megfelelés valamennyi érintett vállalkozásban elsődleges szempont. A magas minőségi színvonal elérésére és teljesítésére irányuló további módszereket, mint pl. az integrált menedzsment irányítási rendszereket is alkalmazzák a vállalkozások, de az ezekre való törekvést nem a vállalat belső igénye, hanem a piac indukálja. Remélhetőleg a jövőben egyre több élelmiszeripari vállalkozás ismeri fel az ISO 22000 szabvány alkalmazásának előnyeit, ami ötvözi a HACCP és az ISO 9001 alkalmazását, és kifejezetten az élelmiszeripari termelésre specializált szabványként vonult be a nemzetközi szabványok közé. - It can be determined based on our investigations that the domestic poultry-processing sector fulfils both domestic and EU regulations and requirements. Conformity with food security regulations is a priority in all affected businesses. Companies also utilise additional methods to achieve and fulfil high quality standards, such as integrated management control systems; however, these endeavours are not motivated by their internal requirements, but by the market. It is to be hoped that in the future increasing numbers of food industry businesses will acknowledge the advantages of utilising the ISO 22000 standard, which combines the HACCP and the ISO 9001 standards and was entered among international standards as one specifically relating to food industry production.
